The First San Andres station was opened in 1929, originally located beside San Andres St. where it used to serve the Naic Line. The line ceased operations on October 20, 1936 through Commonwealth Act No. 59.
The current San Andres Station on the Manila-Legazpi Line was opened on March 4, 1910.
